Meet Our Teams

Victor is Brazil’s FPC Strategy Coordinator. Before joining CLUA, Victor worked for a local association in Manaus, promoting the ecosystem and public policies related to technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, and bioeconomy. He has also worked as a Research Officer for the University of Essex, where he evaluated the impact of an IoT program designed to offer more effective public services to the population in South London boroughs in the United Kingdom. 

As an Afrobrazilian Lawyer from Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, he holds an MSc in Transnational Crime, Justice, and Security from the University of Glasgow. Victor is a Chevening Alumnus 2015-2016, a CHASE Scholar 2021-Current, and a Member of the Leaders Network of the Lemann Foundation 2024-2025.
