Rob Riker is a Grants Manager for the Climate and Land Use Alliance. He brings over a decade of experience in grantmaking and environmental and social justice work.
Before joining CLUA, Rob was Grants Manager at Global Greengrants Fund, where he helped support a global program of grassroots environmental justice grantmaking that made more than 1,000 grants each year across more than 100 countries. He most recently served as Director of Finance and Operations at DEMI Fund, a value capital fund focused on businesses founded by traditionally underinvested founders. There, he spearheaded the creation of the Collective for the Advancement of BIPOC+ Businesses to support businesses started by women and people of color.Â
Rob holds B.A. degrees in Government and Politics and History from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he also minored in Latin American Studies. He lives in Longmont, Colorado, where he enjoys hiking with his wife Lindsay, their daughter Maisie, and their dog Scout.
