Poernomo Gontha Ridho, or Edo, is a journalist at heart and a seasoned communications professional with over 20 years of experience in journalism, media, and strategic communications.

He served as Editor in Chief for Microsoft News (MSN), leading its transformation from hybrid news aggregation to AI-powered curation. Before that, he was a journalist at Tempo, covering politics, the economy, and major national events, including a stint as a foreign correspondent in Delhi, India.

Before joining CLUA, Poernomo worked at FleishmanHillard, specializing in public affairs, insights, media strategies, narrative development, and stakeholder engagement. He continues to write for environmental platforms and is passionate about travelling and storytelling.

Edo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations from Padjadjaran University. He has been awarded multiple journalism fellowships, including from the Tifa Foundation and the New Zealand government’s Youth Leaders Program.
