Eva Duarte Davidson

Engagement Manager Forests, People, Climate

Eva Duarte Davidson is the Engagement Manager for Forests, People, Climate, based in Spain. She joined FPC in November 2025 and supports coordination and strategic alignment across regional teams, global workstreams, and partner organizations. Her work focuses on strengthening collaboration, ensuring coherence across FPC’s strategies, and helping partners work together effectively to address the systems driving tropical deforestation.

Eva brings over 18 years of experience designing, managing, and evaluating complex, multi-country programs across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. She has held senior roles in NGO alliances and donor-funded consortia, leading large teams through strategy development, program delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and relationship management with diverse stakeholders. Her thematic experience spans climate justice, sustainable land and forest management, Indigenous and community rights, WASH, gender equality, and inclusive governance.

Throughout her career, Eva has focused on building strong, trust-based partnerships across cultures and sectors. She has consistently connected community-level experience with national and international policy processes and supported civil society organizations to influence governance and environmental decision-making. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a master’s degree in Social Development from the University of East Anglia.
