Meet Our Teams

Celeste Cardoso is the Executive Assistant to the Brazil Initiative Lead at the Climate and Land Use Alliance, based in Brazil. She brings more than 15 years of experience supporting senior executives in national and international organizations.

Prior to joining CLUA, Celeste worked at Citibank and Cargill, where she supported operations, strategic scheduling, and administrative coordination. She also brings international experience from a cultural exchange program in Mississippi and onboard work with Princess Cruise Lines, where she lived in Hawaii, Alaska, and Vancouver. These experiences strengthened her ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

Celeste holds a degree in Management from Laureate International Studies and is currently studying International Relations.
