Ana Beatriz “Bia” Mello is an HR Manager at the Climate and Land Use Alliance (CLUA), based in Brazil. She supports the organization by strengthening people, culture, and HR practices across a global, mission-driven environment.

Bia brings extensive experience in people operations, organizational development, and employee experience. She works closely with leaders and teams to support talent strategy, HR governance, performance management, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives. Her work also includes advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting organizational change, and fostering inclusive, high-performing, values-based workplaces.

Bia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management, and an MBA in Business Management. She has also completed professional training in conflict management and culture management, along with certifications in coaching and as a Chief Happiness Officer. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading, meditating, and traveling.
