Ivilin Mariano is Executive Assistant for CLUA’s Brazil Initiative Team. She brings more than 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, with expertise in project coordination, event management, and process improvement.

Before joining CLUA, Ivilin provided executive support to senior leadership at ICL América do Sul and held roles at Itaú Unibanco, Wider Solutions, B-Datum, Cargo Tracck, and Qualy Human Resources, supporting CEOs, founders, directors, and other senior leaders. She is passionate about organization and collaboration, thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments, and is committed to helping teams and leaders achieve meaningful results. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
