Didier is based in Central America and is a consultant for the CLUA Mexico and Central America Initiative. He is a professional social scientist trained in anthropology and geography, with more than fifteen years of experience in Latin America, working on governance, rights, and transparency in the environmental sector.
Prior to Latin America, Didier worked for five years in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo where he led a regional multi-donor-funded initiative to collect, synthesize, and disseminate information related to the sustainable use of land and natural resources in Central Africa. Didier holds a Bachelor of Science – BS, Geography and anthropology, and a Master of Applied Anthropology from the University of Maryland.
